Downwind

Downwind sails are a whole topic on their own. Symmetric or asymmetric, masthead or fractional, running or reaching, furling or in a snuffer..... There are so many different wind angles and wind ranges to cover, so many sail designs, fabric types and weights to choose from that its easy to get lost and get a sail that doesn't do what you want it to do. Having an optimsed downwind inventory with clear but wide crossover points can be incredibly valuable especially for longer distance sailing both racing and cruising. Here at Rogue sails all the time we have spent on the water both racing and cruising allows us to have a very good understanding of what works and what doesnt. This will allow us to give the best possible advise on what direction to take in your downwind inventory.
